Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping carrier and destination.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier but typically range between:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Valiente Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Valiente Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
