Refund policy

Return Policy – Valiente Boutique

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.

To request a return, please contact us at erica@valienteboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at erica@valienteboutique.com and include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

• Drinkware items (including tumblers, cups, mugs, and glassware)
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personal care or hygiene products

Due to sanitation and safety standards, all drinkware items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product following our return process and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase with Valiente Boutique, you agree to this return policy. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide documentation of this policy and the completed transaction to the payment provider.
